Chantilly, VA. (June 8, 2021) – System High Corporation has promoted Mr. Doug Kumbalek to Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Mr. Kumbalek is responsible for operationalizing System High’s Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) to maximize System High’s impact in preserving U.S. National Security. His responsibilities encompass strategic partnering, mentoring, business development, capture, proposal operations, and overseeing the creation of innovative solutions through the System High Analytical Research Center (SHARC).

Mr. Kumbalek is a former Marine Naval aviator and AH-1W attack helicopter pilot. He brings more than 30 years of experience and is a decisive leader dedicated to delivering exceptional results for customers. Before joining System High, Mr. Kumbalek held leadership positions across the Defense industry with most of his career spent leading high-performing teams and serving as vice president and division manager at Leidos. In this position, he led growth initiatives and operational support to government and intelligence community customers for nearly 14 years.
