San Francisco, CA — November 13, 2024 — Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is excited to announce that this year’s Local Heroes Night will take place on December 6, 2024, at the Chase Center, where the Golden State Warriors will host the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7 PM. This special evening is dedicated to honoring the contributions of local first responders and will feature exciting events for families and friends.
Attendees will have the opportunity to support the community while enjoying a thrilling basketball game. The first 75 ticket purchasers will be invited to sit in the lower level before the game to watch the players warm up. Additionally, MADD will offer a limited-edition Local Heroes Night T-shirt to commemorate the event.
The festivities will also include the 2024 Battle of the Badges Challenge, a friendly competition between first responder departments held at the Chase Center prior to the Warriors game. Teams will compete for a chance to win exciting prizes and gain recognition for their service, with part of the proceeds from entry fees supporting MADD SF Bay Area.
Part of the proceeds from special ticket sales will support MADD SF Bay Area, enabling the organization to continue its important work in preventing drunk driving and supporting victims. MADD would like to extend its gratitude to the Golden State Warriors for their ongoing support.
